That is the comprehensive list of every OFFICIAL NFL team hashtag for this season. The vast majority of teams use the official hashtags often in their social media posts, but some teams use alternative hashtags that do not include the sweet little logo.
For example, the Pittsburgh Steelers rarely use any hashtags in their posts. An exception is when they tweet about a specific game, they’ll use the “vs” tag for that contest. That’s another way to get some additional reach for your team content! Include the current or upcoming game. Using the “vs” tweet format is easy. Start with the visiting team, then ‘vs’, followed by the home team. Something like this #GBvsKC.
Another team that rarely uses the official hashtag is Cincinnati. They tend to favor just using #Bengals. It’s simple and makes sense, but I’m not sure why they wouldn’t make that the official hashtag to get the nice logo with it. #RuleTheJungle is quite a few characters to consume for just one tag, too.
New Season, New Hashtags
With the new season, some teams have changed their official hashtag. Washington is one such team. Their hashtag used to be #WashingtonFootball…which was as dull and boring as their former name. Not that the new name is all that, but at least it’s something.
The Arizona Cardinals also pivoted on their official hashtag for the 2022 season. The old hashtag was #RedSea and then #AZCardinals. Their new tag is #BirdCityFootball…not sure if it’s an improvement, and apparently neither is the team as they don’t use it very often in their posts.

Baltimore Ravens — The team’s official page hardly uses any hashtags. There is the #RavensFlock in the profile description, but rarely any tags in content. Fans tend to use the #BaltimoreRavens #Ravens and #RavensFlock hashtags
Cleveland Browns — The official Browns twitter account regularly uses #Browns and the current matchup hashtags ie #CHIvsCLE. Other Browns content can be found with #ClevelandBrowns and #DawgPound
Cincinnati Bengals — The official Bengals twitter account uses the #RuleTheJungle hashtag as well as #Bengals and current matchup. Fans and other content creators use #Bengals and #WhoDey.
